Timbertech is a family run business established in Cyprus in 2005. Steve Claxton started the business after moving to Cyprus and recognizing the requirement for a professional company specializing in expert and bespoke joinery. Steve’s expert team of qualified joiners, all from the UK, pride themselves in the quality of their work.
Steve Claxton is originally from Yorkshire and is well qualified in all manner of joinery work.
Steve started his working life as an apprentice in carpentry and joinery obtaining his City & Guilds certificates with flying colours. Before moving to Cyprus Steve was senior Project Manager for Coniston Interiors Ltd, a leading shop fitting company in London with contracts to build retail outlets for Argos and TK Max among others.
Janet Claxton, Steve’s wife, is the administration manager and looks after the Timbertech’s showroom in Peyia.
Timbertech from their establishment have always relied on recommendation and word of mouth for their work, not spending fortunes on advertising. This is reflected in Timbertech’s competitive pricing policy.
